Mr. Schemel has a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. He is trained and certified as an asbestos and lead based paint abatement contractor/supervisor.

Mr. Tarrillion brings more than 22 years of residential construction experience to Schemel-Tarrillion, Inc.. For more than 17 of those years, Tim has served in the positions of superintendent, project manager, estimator and construction business owner.
