President/General Manager: Richard Schemel

Mr. Schemel has a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. He is trained and certified as an asbestos and lead based paint abatement contractor/supervisor.

Vice President/Operations Manager: Timothy Tarrillion

Mr. Tarrillion brings more than 22 years of residential construction experience to Schemel Companies. For more than 17 of those years, Tim has served in the positions of superintendent, project manager, estimator and construction business owner.
