Rick Schemel


  President and General Manager

 Richard has a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the U.S. Military   Academy, West Point, N.Y. He is trained and certified as an asbestos   and lead-based paint abatement contractor/supervisor and has   received training in mold remediation.

 Jeff Moldenhauer

 Manager, Division I and Safety Director

 Jeff has over 35 years of experience that gives him a unique   understanding of the day to day operations on a construction site,   having held positions as a laborer, equipment operator, carpenter,   foreman, estimator, project manager, superintendent and general   superintendent. Working in these various capacities throughout the   years has given him the specific knowledge needed to provide   a safe and successful construction project.
